Following this, I served on the USS Blue Ridge (LCC-19), offering logistics support to the commander and staff of the United States Seventh Fleet. My primary responsibilities involved modernizing and streamlining the equipment procurement processes, procedures, and practices for the Navy’s Seawolf class nuclear submarine program, which had a budget allocation of $3.2 billion. Additionally, I compiled detailed program reviews and financial briefing materials, which were presented to members of Congress and representatives from the White House, providing them with critical insights and updates on the program.
