Paolo Spagnoletti is professor of business organization in the Department of Business and Management at Luiss University where he holds the Vodafone Chair in Cybersecurity and Digital Transformation. He is the Director of the BSc in Economics and Management and of master and executive programs in the areas of cybersecurity and digital innovation. He is also adjunct professor (part-time) in the Department of Information Systems at University of Agder (Norway). He received his Ph.D. in Information Systems from Luiss University and his MSc in Electronic Engineering from Sapienza University. He is distinguished member of the AIS and board member of the Italian competence center Cyber 4.0. He has been visiting professor at Georgia State University, University of Warwick, University of St Gallen and Paris Dauphine as well as invited speaker at SKEMA and University of Lausanne. His research interests focus on digital platforms, digital innovation and cybersecurity. His works have been published in the Journal of Information Technology, Journal of Strategic Information Systems, IEEE Technology Engineering Management, Information Systems Frontiers and other outlets. He has edited four books and serves as Associate Editor of Information & Management, and Executive Editor of the Springer series Lecture Notes in Information Systems and Organisation.
