Managed project and operations to develop land for temporary housing for 10K+ families in 12 months while managing group housing facilities. Managed on time, within $25M budget deconstruction and demolition of a Dow chemical plant with more than 15 buildings. Directed successful Ashtabula River remediation project by leading 35-member team to construct and operate hydraulic dredging system to pump more than 500K cubic yards of contaminated river water from riverbed to landfill three miles away.
