Managed the full project lifecycle for government facility construction, environmental remediation, chemical facility demolition, disaster response, and wireless communications projects. Ensured adherence to budgets, schedules, quality standards, and client specifications through QA/QC checks, field inspections, vendor qualification, and employee/vendor/subcontractor performance management. Budget: up to $500M individual project budgets.  Led construction and launch of the first Fiber Tower microwave network in the Eastern Region. Network was located in New York City, comprised of 40+ paths, and completed on time and within $3M budget. Played key role in company’s $500M Hurricane Katrina recovery effort. Managed project and operations to develop land for temporary housing for 10K+ families in 12 months while managing group housing facilities. Managed on time, within $25M budget deconstruction and demolition of a Dow chemical plant with more than 15 buildings. Directed successful Ashtabula River remediation project by leading 35-member team to construct and operate hydraulic dredging system to pump more than 500K cubic yards of contaminated river water from riverbed to landfill three miles away. Met timeline, $250M budget, and EPA regulations. Met AT&T’s data traffic needs by managing UMTS network upgrades on time and within $500K budget.

Developed and constructed wireless telecom sites across the Midwest. Built and upgraded wireless/wire line switching facilities, including fiber optic hubs and point to point microwave communications. Worked with surveying, engineering, and geo-technical firms to design/expand sites.
