Executed a 21 week schedule for 30 branches ranging from 40 to 100+ users that involved initial branch research, ordering of telecommunication lines, gathering existing site specific network data, upgrade cabling in the branches, analyze branch hardware requirements including all LAN/WAN configurations, ordered hardware for each branch, coordinated shipping and receiving of servers, routers, switches and hardware for each branch, generated branch information package which included market data requirements, individual account access and printer definitions, placed market data orders with ADP order management, organized training schedule, collaborated with IBM and Smith Barney network support on initial server installation and network connectivity, all effort's culminated in the installation of new hardware and software assuring branch production for all end users at next market open.
