-Converting the Cold & Hot leads into Potential Clients-Reaching out to HNI & NRI Investors, inform them about their unclaimed investments.-Solving IEPF(Investor Education & Protection Fund) related enquiries.-Coordinating with Registrars/Share Transfer Agents regarding shares.-Assisting Investors with KYC Update , Nomination, Duplicate Certificate process, Name Deletion, Succession/Probate, and IEPF related matters.-Doing Internet Research to trace investors and their relatives/family members-Maintaining MIS for Daily report-Receiving incoming queries and resolving their matters-Coordinating with Management to finalize complicated recovery cases.-Managing and scrutinizing documents of existing as well as potential clients.-Coordinating with non-contactable clients over email. -Posting vacancies on various Job Portals, Sourcing of Candidates, Taking Telephonic rounds, scheduling their interview with Directors.-Have Additional Responsibility of HR which including Posting Vocancy on Job Portals, Screening, Shortlisting & Interviewing Candidates-Hands on Experience on Lead Generation Tools like SignalHire, Lusha, Mr. Extension, Apollo.io, GetEmail and RocketReach.
