 Performing deep visual and mechanical inspection of products using precision tools to ensure conformity of quality standards and specified requirements. Participating in preparing the Control Plans and Process Flow Charts with efforts of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) to assure products that meet the design requirements. Practicing the use of Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle for identification of process improvements with the approach of root cause analysis and its application in corrective actions, aimed at product quality improvement and continuous process improvement. Utilizing Microsoft Office to include Excel to trend data analysis and create detail reports in relation to quality metrics, inspection results, and process improvement for reporting. Appling DMAC methodologies to standardize processes, reduce variation, and ensure consistent product quality. Coordinating PPAP submissions and conducted PFMEA to ensure the product design and process were within industry standards and customer requirements for compliance and documentation. Maintaining inspection accuracy through the frequent calibration and testing of precision measuring equipment and testing apparatus. Interacting closely with the production, engineering, and quality teams, providing the quality responses, sharing quality control activities, and initiatives in supporting continuous improvements.
