In charge of Pre-kindergarten.- Lead teacher-parent meetings managing to give parents general information about the class. Mediate between parents’ troubles and responding their group enquiries; - Parent-teacher interviews where I solved individual problems and enquiries, also giving information about each child’s learning process. For that I am able to identify needs and characteristics of each child;- Prepare lesson plans and plan fun and engaging activities according to the IPC and EYIC curriculum of the school; - Classroom organization, which involves the furniture and materials available for children, and the seating arrangement as well;- Implementation of teaching-initiated activities and responsible for learning process; - Full English immersion programme, teaching every subject in English;- Team work, as in kindergarten there were five classrooms, all ten teachers had to work together on the same goals. The main subject I planned was science. Working on a lot of science experiments for kids, letting them make up hypothesis and questions.

Guide at “Casa di Bambini” (3 to 6-year-old); - I was in charge of the preparation and implementation of Montessori materials of the different work areas; - I had to be familiar with the Montessori philosophy in order to do the “line” (which is like the morning circle where you sing, greet your classmates and teachers) and understand how the materials progress works; - Also, I had to present new Montessori materials during the “line”; - I was in charge of parent-teacher’s meetings, having to bring near the parents to Montessori methodology; - I had to create choreographies for the national holidays and a play for the end of the year/Christmas celebration; - Team work was very important because we needed to be aligned on the same method and activities; - I had to be aware and able to identify each child’s needs to present the right material in the right moment of their learning process.

And I was in charge of doing the interviews to parents at different Kindergartens and Preschool centers. I had to transcript the interviews and survey analysis and hypothesis.
