I’m a 33 year old digital creative with a diversified professional background. It’s challenging to describe my journey in a single paragraph while reflecting all the experiences that contributed to the creative that I am today, but i started this path ten years ago.My first contact with the concept of digital creativity was through a professional multimedia bachelors degree at Forino Institute. After completion, I applied for an internship in Seville, for which I was selected to work at Aljarafe TV, a spanish television network. Back in Portugal in 2009, I became interested in several television projects such as wTVision, E2 and, later on, Offbeatz. I‘ve always felt passionate about everything that involves creativity, and the desire to grow personally and professionally in this field led me to a degree in Audiovisual and Multimedia at the College of Social Communication. Between multiple workshops and specialization courses, I delve into exciting areas such as creative writing, digital, television and film. I believe the most important insight that i kept from my experiences is that, if one wants to be or become an excelent creative content creator, no matter how much one studies or how many books one reads on the subject, it’s essential to feel passionate about the things you do and the process of creating new and exciting projects, while exploring and living in this field with utmost curiosity for every inch of it. The ability and passion to create and innovate, stems from everything we experience. This stands as the main reason for having learned methodologies and know-how in different areas of creative content, that complement and contribute to the evolution of my ongoing professional and personal journey.
