As a board director, C-suite executive and investment banker, Patricia brings a wealth of leadership experience for optimizing commercialization in companies through new markets, repositioning within existing markets and implementing company-wide strategic transformation and turnarounds. She has achieved sustainable market leadership and value creation across a variety of verticals including technology, consumer/industrial products, retail architecture and real estate. Her current investment banking focus includes renewables, life sciences/biotech, and tech-driven industrial and consumer sectors. As a connector and relationship builder, she is adept at aligning mutually beneficial values and rewards as a cornerstone for success and innovation.Alongside her Managing Director role at Avalon Securities, Patricia is an independent director for Crown Crafts, Inc. (Nasdaq: CRWS), a market-leading childrens products company and previously served on the board of Christopher & Banks (NYSE) from 2011-2015. Committees include Audit, Compensation, Governance, and Capital. She is an NACD Board Leadership Fellow; President Emeritus of the Girl Scouts Council of Greater New York; founding member of Extraordinary Women on Boards; and an advisor for JUST Capital.Corporate leadership roles have included: President of Tommy Hilfiger Women's Sportswear USA; CEO of Victoria + Co, a division of The Jones Group; President of A&H Worldwide, global leader in package design/manufacturing; and various sales and marketing leadership roles at Avon, IBM and Hambrecht Terrell International. Patricia is also Founder and Managing Partner of Hudson River Partners LLC, a New York-based advisory and real estate investment firm. Her philanthropic board service has encompassed women’s leadership, environmental conservancy, and historic preservation: Board Chair and President, Girl Scouts Greater NY; Trustee, Preservation Society of Newport County (R.I.), and Vice-Chair, Hudsonia Institute (biodiversity research for the greater Hudson Valley region).After initially studying for a performing arts career at the Eastman School of Music, Patricia pivoted to the intriguing world of commerce. She graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree, and an MBA from Golden Gate University in San Francisco from whom she also has been awarded an Honorary Doctor of Humane Letters degree in recognition of “continuing significant career achievements and lay leadership contributions to non-profit organizations.
