 Increased the front end sales by 150% in my first month as customer service manager by cleaning and remerchandising. Hiring and training 15-17 cashiers. By cross training them in different departments they were able to cover other areas when needed resulting in better customer service at all times. Working knowledge of all other departments for MOD shifts.
