 Maintained a customer book that brought in $150,000 annually in appointment sales and sold and additional $175,000 annually. Over the 15% selling standard by $25,000. Managed payroll with the store manager to within.05%. The best payroll management percentage in the region. Exceeded company standards in all sales KPI’s, email capture, and new customer.

 Increased the front end sales by 150% in my first month as customer service manager by cleaning and remerchandising. Hiring and training 15-17 cashiers.
