Prepared data pipelines to import Help Desk trouble tickets using Python and FreshService & RingCentral APIs via a Python ETL script to Oracle DB. Using this data, I created a reporting Dashboard in Tableau demonstrating manning and resource shortfall for company-wide tech support. Built data pipeline to Oracle DB for Tableau dashboard to understand telephone-based campaign effectiveness. Designed and built Flask/Python based web application to assist in data management and report automation. Created Tableau Prep flows to transform raw data into a finished form within Tableau. Deployed TabPy server for local OnPrem Tableau server instance to utilize Python scripts for more efficient data cleaning and extraction. Created a web application that would be able to load, update, delete, and add data to DB tables for various financial systems. Engineered a solution to connect Tableau to DataBricks to securely distribute finished reports and raw data for various teams within the company.

It was during this time that I earned my BA in Intelligence Studies with a focus on using ArcGIS and QGIS to build datasets for advanced analytics.

As an Instructor Sensor Operator I was responsible for the training and leading of Remotely Piloted Aircraft Sensor Operator and Instructor Sensor Operators to the expert level in the employment of the on-board sensor suite. During my time I was a tactical and technical expert in my field responsible for developing new tactics and technologies to support combat operations across the Air Force. Additionally, during my time at the USAF Weapons School, I created an MS Access based application used to track and analyze Government Purchase Card spending. This application would go on to be used by multiple squadrons to more accurately track spending and allow for advanced analytics to be performed at the press of a button instead of requiring a manual process.
