- Implementing new products to system and production, transferring product definitions into software models,- Managing existing and newly created models for European customers (four product lines),- International cooperation with company divisions in the field of software and technical support,- Daily close cooperation with production division in Czech Republic, Expert Centers and R&Din Netherlands and Germany,- Configuring products and components in ERP systems Modeler, Plato and Axapta,- Software modeling using programming language (C#, XML, SQL),- Supervising technical product documentation and production labels, CAD drawings on basic level,- Introducing technological changes in existing products,- Technical support in modernizing and optimizing production processes,- Technical support and after sales care for international customers.

- Model building and supervising product configurations in ERP systems: Movex, Plato, Axapta,- Preparing technical documentation for special orders, CAD drawings, supporting production,- Supervising technical calculation programs for non-standard products,- Creating and adjusting barcodes for products on working papers,- Employee trainings in case of new products (e.g. assembling, ordering),- Supporting Logistics Department in range of ordering components and forecasting usage (SS, MOQ),- Supporting Production and Finished Blind Departments in reading product documentation and solving technical problems with products,- Technical support for Customer service and Quality Departments.

- Model building in Movex system, checking data between system and results in production,- Monitoring BOM and making corrections if needed,- Assistance in implementing new products,- Preparing technical product documentations for production operators,- Organizing trainings for employees and production operators in range of new configurations/products,- Preparing product presentations in Power Point,- Supporting Customer Service Department in solving customer’s problems.
