With over 20 years of Real Estate experience as an agent, broker, GM, and franchise exectutive, Peter has a level of experience to help any real estate brokerage find the appropriate technology. Peter represents NetAspects and their integrated brokerage solution SalesAspects. He also is involved in assisting brokerages with merger and acquisitions as well as helping transform their business model.

In this role Peter ran the day to day operations of this 10 office real estate brokerage with a primary focus on growth. Durnig his tenure, the agent count doubled to over 250 and Gross Commission Income increase from $6.5 million to over $11 million annually. Among other projects, Peter initiated a Fine Homes, upper end property, program along with a company newspaper.

Primary responsibility was to work with large real estate organizations to find Merger and Acquistion candidates and then using Prudential funding, facilitate ownership transitions that would result in new franchisees or growth of current franchisees.
