The goal is to be a resource of capital for those who are unable to obtain bank financing at a reasonable rate. As a senior tax accountant at Aronson I worked on privately held Corporations and Passthrough entities (S-Corp, Partnerships) and also the shareholders. Aside from the typical compliance I worked as a resource for my start-up and high growth companies for general accounting issues, QuickBooks guidance and other ad hoc needs.

I worked with Spud and Christian (Founders) to take a "shoe box" of information and turn it into a functioning accounting system. I set monthly meetings to assist them with updating the accounting software and help them with any accounting questions they had. I also helped them prepare their yearly tax obligations such as a 990 and 1099 MISC.

Responsible to wage payroll and staff/supervisors for all physical room set-ups including the coordination, installation, and testing of audio/visual equipment for all conferences and events for Penn State Hospitality Services. Physical setup of all functions and public areas to include, but not limited to: tables, linens/skirting, chairs, stage/risers, pads/pens and water glasses and pitchers where applicable. Set up, operate and ensure that all audio/visual equipment is functioning properly for all functions.
