My goal is to transform workplace wellness and prevent burnout.With a background in teaching and a passion for empowering professionals, I consult with organizations through Divergent Wellness, where we create environments where employees thrive. My ABA Thrive course helps ABA professionals shift from exhaustion, cynicism, and discouragement to becoming energetic, involved, and effective in their roles.As co-host of the inaugural Black Men in Behavior Analysis (BMBA) Conference, I led panels with top experts in ABA, sports, health, and fitness, shaping important conversations on diversity, leadership, and inclusion. My approach encourages flexibility, understanding, and responsiveness from both individuals and organizations, fostering stronger engagement and healthier, more productive workplaces.I also share my insights and strategies through my book, Relaxed and Awake: Achieve More & Stress Less in a Digital World, offering actionable advice for maintaining balance and thriving in today’s demanding work environments.Outside of work, I’m passionate about staying active and challenging myself through calisthenics, trail running, hiking, and staying up-to-date with the UFC.
