- Specializing in resolving issues for Shopify eCommerce stores.- Optimizing eCommerce stores by converting third-party dependent apps into local features, enhancing store performance and user experience.- Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to both custom-coded and native theme features, ensuring seamless store functionality.- Developing custom extension-only apps to provide unique features and improve the overall functionality of the eCommerce stores.

- Creating the front-end part of the web applications according to the client's specifications.- Keeping the web applications and their respective repositories up-to-date.- Ensuring the downtime due to potential issues is kept minimal.- Working on constantly upgrading the web-application functionalities and their logic.- Accessing feedback and suggesting alternative/improved solutions through direct communication with the client.- Communicating solutions with the back-end team to ensure a smooth course of development and integration of both the web application and the accompanying website

- Managing and ensuring the smooth operation of the Company’s development service queue and ensuring that the Contractors under supervision deliver services on paid customers’ task requests professionally.- Ensuring that the Contractors under supervision meet daily/weekly KPI’s and Quality assurance/Performance evaluations.- Managing, coaching, improving, and support of processes to ensure that content is delivered as per the Company’s Developer and other Handbooks.- Managing weekly contributions to the internal Dev Wiki and maintaining the Company’s Developer Handbook to ensure that it is up-to-date each week with any changes in the Company’s processes.- Providing excellent customer and team support through empathy, soft-skills, and mastered written communication.- Providing training calls and supporting material as needed.- Managing duties related to hiring and dismissing of developers. Providing test tasks to applicants, checking the results, carrying out interviews, and handling evaluation and discussion of potential hires with the Company’s administration.- Proposing, estimating, and managing development-related and other projects aimed at sales increase.Facilitating efficient coordination between the product team and dev/cs teams and assisting the product team.- Managing the pre-defined task catalog.- Working on expanding the service by offering more complex implementation solutions.

- Professional assessment/technical execution of paid customer requests.- Providing customer support through empathy, skill, and mastered written communication.- Providing daily assistance by sharing knowledge and experience with the Company's other web developers and customer service agents.- Contribution to the internal developer knowledge base.- Participation in programs aimed towards increasing sales and conversions and active assistance in growing the number of testimonials.- Provide other duties, including any job-related tasks that may arise through the development role.- Meet daily/weekly Key Performance Indicators ("KPI") and Quality assurance / Performance evaluations.- Respect the current internal processes and adapt to the new internal processes established by the Company regarding various aspects of development work.
