Remu Oy - Finnish manufacturer of Big Float amphibious excavators, screening and crushing buckets and screening decks. My main focus in Remu is on Big Floats. I find these machines fascinating and the areas where they operate truly unique! Prior to REMU I accumulated over 10 years experience in heavy machinery industry (application specific machines and attachments), working in Russia, Singapore and United States. Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering. When I'm not in the office, you can likely find me doing sports or planning new adventures in new countries. Having traveled to over 50 countries throughout 4 continents, I'm a bit of a travel junkie, I enjoy discovering remote parts of the world, learning local cultures or hiking in national parks. I'm also always in for any adrenaline pumping activities: snowboarding, wakeboarding, kayaking, mountain biking and anything that involves the outdoors!

Big Float amphibious excavators/marsh buggies are widely used for dredging, clearing waterways and lakes, flood control and wetland restoration works. Big Float engineered for both static buoyance and optimal stability on water. It can be operated on solid land, shorelines, in marshlands, shallow water areas and anywhere in between. Remu patented variable-width pontoon undercarriage system allows ease of transportation of an assembled excavator.
