The role of Training Leader in The Academy Europe at TOYOTA is to strengthen and monitor the technical knowledge and skill level of 16,000+ Retailer technicians in Europe to ensure Safety and Fix-it-Right when working on Customers’ cars.

* Planning and management of e-learning training material for new product launches* Lead and coordinate conversion of training material into e-learning content* Technical training planning and management of the events.* Work with local organisation in execution of these plans including controlling project deadlines and resources.* Planning and executing the training programs to maintain best use of the training resources.* Liaise with project stakeholders on an on-going basis to effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.* Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.* Negotiate with other department managers for the acquisition of required personnel from within the company and identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths.* Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and stakeholders and delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel* Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.* Expand relationships within the company to assist with the smooth implementation of project delivery* Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary* Work proactively with the business units and sales organizations to make recommendations on best approach to project delivery* Provide leadership in the development of project activities and the coordination of meetings with other organizations.
