Operations DirectorI was responsible for the day-to-day administration and operation of a company’s production facility responsible for manufacturing active medical devices. As an Operations Director, I was responsible for providing leadership, management, and vision for the production facility multidisciplinary team to ensure that it has effective teams, operational controls, and administrative and reporting procedures in place. I closely cooperated with the CEO and CFO in order to help effectively grow the company and ensure its financial strength and operating efficiency.Product Compliance DirectorI was responsible for ensuring Medicalgorithmics’ products compliance with worldwide regulations and local law applicable to active medical products, including technical requirements (medical safety, EMC, telecommunications, cybersecurity), and US national regulations Code of Federal Regulations Title 21, European Regulation (EU) 2017/745 (MDR), and other major markets regulations. I was Management Representative and oversed ISO 9001 and ISO13485 Quality Management System, ISO/IEC 27001 Information Security System, and I was responsible for ensuring the quality and information security policies were adequate on an on-going basis.

As a Chief Product Owner I was a leader of the Executive MetaScrum Team. The Executive MetaScrum (EMS) is part of the Product Owner organization (the Product Owners, the Chief Product Owners, and the Executive MetaScrum) for the entire agile organization and it owns the organizational vision and sets the strategic priorities, aligning all SCRUM teams around common goals.

- I was responsible for assisting the Management Board with developing, communicating, executing, and sustaining corporate strategic initiatives- The Business Analysis Department was reporting directly to the Strategy Director and was responsible for market analyses and concepts of new products used by the R&D departments- Certification Department was reporting directly to the Strategy Director and was responsible for the regulatory affairs of the medical devices including worldwide certifications and registrations. I was also Management Representative of the QMS system (ISO13485, ISO9001)

Telemedicine Working Group Foundation is an organization associating healthcare providers, manufacturers of medical devices, IT suppliers, pharmaceutical companies, legal and medical experts, that actively works on the development of telemedicine and elimination of existing barriers to the implementation of telemedicine in Poland.http://tgr.org.pl
