As the founder and executive director of Pembroke Taparelli Arts and Film Festival (PTAFF), I use art as a means to bring about social change and empower underserved communities. With a Juris Doctorate degree in law and a focus on arts, entertainment, and media management, I have the skills and knowledge to create and manage a platform for independent artists who share their work with the global community. Since 2016, I have led PTAFF to become a premiere forum for artivists who seek to restore pride, strength, and humanity to those deprived of it by the current economic, judicial, and health care institutions. I have fostered relationships with film industry professionals, and have curated programming that positively impacts the lives of those suffering injustice. I have also developed outreach programs, video production, and film production skills that enhance the quality and reach of PTAFF's events and initiatives. My goal is to continue to grow PTAFF as a catalyst for social change and a voice for the voiceless.
