Hello, my name is Paul, and I am a self-taught front-end developer with a degree in Chemical Engineering. My journey in web development began with the CS50 course from Harvard University, where I gained a strong foundation in coding, data structures, algorithms, and exposure to different programming languages and tools such as C, Python, SQL, JS, and Git.Inspired by this course, I focused on web development and began learning the basics of HTML and CSS. Utilizing the abundance of freely accessible information on the internet, I found resources that facilitated my learning and enabled me to further develop my skills. Next, I started to learn JavaScript, where I gained knowledge and practical experience through resources like javascript.info and MDN Web Docs, as well as implementing various pet projects which can be viewed on my GitHub page.As I felt more confident in vanilla JS, I began learning React. Currently I am still in the process of learning, but I have already implemented one project. While I am proud of the result, I recognize the limitations of my current app and I am actively learning Node JS and PostgreSQL to further expand my skill set.I am always eager to learn and open for some work or collaboration offers.
