Responsibilities:- Provides day-to-day end-user support to ensure smooth running of employee's computers.- Supports on-premise users across different site offices and work from home employees.- Handles IT asset management, inventory, and liaise with vendors.- Coordination with IT shared services for various concerns relating to IT infra.- Ticket monitoring and SLA compliance.- IT equipment purchase reviewer ensuring the correct items are purchased for the employee.- Employee clearance processing.- Patch management of workstations.- Desktop Central administrator.- Trend Micro Apex Central administrator.Current projects involved:- Endpoint Protection Project: replacement of existing malware protection and encryption management to Trend Micro Apex One and Trend Micro Endpoint Encryption involving more than 500 endpoints.- IT Device Management Project: transitioning to Desktop Central cloud for better management of on-site and off-site endpoints.
