Managed the development of the A/B testing platform aimed at running product experiments with go-to-market teams and validating marketplace incentives. Designed experimentation best practices (opportunity sizing, metric design, ad-hoc and post-hoc analysis) and coordinated communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders

· Led analytical initiatives to inform C-level decisions regarding Indeed’s core ad products· Designed prescriptive machine learning models (using Explainable AI) to address product adoption opportunities. Partnered with the engineering team to scale the models to millions of advertisers

· Led scaled abuse-fighting initiatives for core Knowledge & Information products: Google Search, Images, Job Search, Knowledge Graph. Used advanced data mining and machine learning techniques to identify policy-violating content at scale across 20+ markets· Partnered with product teams to support the launch of new features and expansion of existing products to new markets. Worked with product engineers on the design and implementation of pre-launch A/B tests
