Design, program and build cohesive, unified interfaces for viewing and managing building technology systems, including: HVAC controls, lighting, fire alarm, life safety, physical security, electrical distribution and utilities. The interfaces are designed to support a wide variety of audiences including Facility Managers/Engineers, Portfolio Managers, Security Professionals, Energy Managers, and Tenants, just to name a few. From our tools, that perform such functions as equipment fault detection, energy analysis, facility benchmarking, and asset performance tracking, users are able to make more informed decisions with regard to the day to day operation as well as long term management of their buildings and facilities. Activities routinely performed:• Identify high-level requirements for configuration, documentation and validation procedures.• Develop conceptual designs in an iterative and collaborative manner.• Create detailed designs and validate design deliverables.• Build intuitive, aesthetically-pleasing, industry standard graphics that enhance usability, meet client requirements and differentiate the quality of our solutions.• Plan, coordinate, and execute multi-stage testing and validation process culminating with user acceptance and migration to production environments.• Provide active support during debug, and qualification of systems.• Provide system training and continued support to stakeholders and users.
