In this context of Process Management, it is about carrying out case studies with the aim of preventing bottlenecks and producing artifacts, such as policies for the life cycle of routines and demands, proposals for new flows, and indications of tools and software to contribute to new flows and waste reduction.During this period, it was possible to carry out information gathering (through internal interviews and immersion in problems) using the concept of "Qualitative Evaluation" for the following activities:• Development of proposals for new simple flows with the opening of "PDCA" to focus on continuous flow improvement;• Study and evaluation of the best tool to meet the company's demands (inter-sectors), with Azure Board being indicated (cost and benefit);• Proposals for new software development cycles, starting with better specification of demands (stories, functional and non-functional requirements, refinements, etc.);• Elaboration of trainings such as: "What the tools (Jira, Email, Azure Board) don't solve!", "Lifecycle of a demand", "Maturity levels by sector versus the 'Company'", "API Concepts for API Sales Consultants", "Kanban: disambiguation" and "SCRUM Concepts";• Consultancy and immersion for the use of SCRUM as a framework, burndown, and Kanban board;• Implementation of Azure DevOps (GIT, Azure Board, and Automation of Deploy).In addition, there was a direct report to the CEO, COO, and CIO, and it was also possible to produce and improve artifacts to assist in the integration of clients into commercialized APIs, identifying the best experiences from integration to billing.
