Over the past four years, I have transitioned my career into the HVAC industry, gaining valuable expertise and broadening my skill set. I began as a Project Manager at an HVAC contracting firm, where I spent three years overseeing projects and ensuring successful execution. I then moved into Engineering Sales with Brucker Company, where I leverage my technical background to assist consulting engineers in developing innovative design solutions for their projects.My professional journey began at Bridgestone Off-Road Tires, where I contributed to the growth of a start-up facility. In this role, I managed process capabilities across multiple machines, ensuring specifications were met and development milestones were achieved on schedule. I also led cross-functional teams to significantly reduce waste, demonstrating my ability to drive continuous improvement.Subsequently, I joined Hoover Treated Wood Products, where I honed my project management skills while working on new plant facilities and kiln projects. I further advanced my design skills using SolidWorks and AutoCAD at Deltech, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products to customers.Before earning my bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, I proudly served six years in the U.S. Army, including two tours in Iraq. As a leader, I was responsible for troop morale, decision-making, and managing high-pressure situations.
