Engineer turned solo-preneur. An advocate for minimal and functional design, efficient process, effective communication, and profound service! I come with common sense, people skills, and an hunger for building, and risk taking. Avid runner, I study markets for fun, do religiously keep up with Indian startup ecosystem and economy, and love to shake a leg once in a while.After having lived and worked in the US for 11 years, I returned to India and pivoted to entrepreneurship. Through my venture, I leveraged rental arbitrage, curated and managed homes across Chennai. Cash positive within a month, profitable in 3 months and ROI in 24 months. Since then its on Auto pilot. Ironically, what started out as a short term thing while I figured out my next calling became my port of call. Started in 2018, grew organically, got hit by COVID and survived, got stronger and as life has it, here I am after 6 yrs soaking in this journey. Prior to this, I served in progressive roles across handful of Automotive tier 2 companies in the US for 9 years preceding which was my Master's in Mechanical Engineering from Clemson University. The journey, as rewarding and wholesome so far, had its fair share of challenges, triumphs, failures, and what not! Open to explore ideas and opportunities across the globe!
