Main responsibilities: Creating strategic deep dive analysis, conducting extensive problem solving sessions while ensuring stakeholder alignment through SteerCo facilitation resulting in effective and implementable recommendations.Responsible for establishing the Asset Management operationalisation strategy and obtaining management buy-in on prioritisation increasing efficiency in the development and implementation phase.Co-responsible in identifying commercial initiatives focused on improving the profitability of the FI&C business within Danske Bank's Large Corporates & Institutions unit. Conducting classic "where to play" and "how to win" analysis incl. establishing model framework for assessing e.g. external drivers of change, mega trends, fintech movements etc. Preparing presentations targeted executive management (BoD, ELT, CLT) whilst preparing business updates, operationalisation plans, providing input to townhall meetings while engaged in the strategic planning cycles.

Main responsibilities: Supporting the business development with insights from the talent programme while maintaining my role as a business partner for senior management on strategic direction, customer and corporate presentations and the establishment of strategic partnerships, both domestic and Nordic. Results: Enabling senior management to make informed decisions by constructively challenging on the next steps while shedding light on the upcoming pains these may encounter. Actively parted in the establishment of three partnerships supporting the company's strategic roadmap.

Main responsibilities: Obtain insight within the Nordic vendor market while identifying potential synergies. Develop a Nordic standardised customer facing presentation including a customer transparent business case tool.Results: Presentation material utilized for three customer meetings with great success. Business case rolled out to two customers with positive feedback due to the level of transparency.

Main responsibilities: Co-ordination, creating the blueprint, testing, educating and implementing a Nordic pricing tool in Asset Finance Nordic. Enhancing the pricing structure and knowledge sharing through the establishment and enrollment of a Nordic pricing committee. Ensuring correct capital (regulatory) throughout the Nordic portfolio. Optimising the settlement of our leasing portfolios partial registration tax (forholdsmæssig registreringsafgift). Shared project lead on re-designing the legacy system towards the recent partial registration tax changes in Denmark. Results: A successful Nordic pricing tool launch within budget. An increased cross-country knowledge sharing and market understanding obtained through the Nordic pricing committee. Capital relief of three-digit DKK million due to data mistakes. Streamlining the partial registration tax settlement, interpret the latest vehicle tax legislation with Danish tax authorities (SKAT) whilst adapting it to Asset Finance legacy systems.

Sluseholmen

Main responsibilities: Contribute in the future strategic business planning process and budgeting phase in the Nordic region. Responsible for analysing and delivering the MI information incl. KPI reports on an individual country level for the Nordic management teams’ monthly review meetings. Responsible for developing new tools designed to enhance customer focus and efficiency within the company’s sales personnel as well as account management. Co-responsible for the budgeting, forecasting and long term planning phases as well as preparing ad-hoc presentations on behalf of the Nordic region’s CEO.Results: Development of a semi-automated standardised monthly management book allowing for quick monthly delivery. Enhancing the budgeting efficiency by developing standardised Nordic country templates.

Co-responsible for the accounts receivable and payable in both the insured and the collection entity. Responsible for developing a new way of accurately delivering payments on time for our clients within the collection entity by establishing basic financial controls that ensure easy and on time receivables.
