Modifications to in-line material were communicated to the manufacturing side of production to bring properties within required customer & ASTM specifications.Successful Six Sigma greenbelt project identified and reduced waste via statistical process control, saving the plant $75,000/year. This project was selected as a 2014 winner for quality projects within PPG.
