Product Developer, Mechanical
Current❖ Finding new, low cost and creative solutions to develop new products to market with proper due diligence, investigation, and testing on products❖ Ensuring that all planning work is carried out following specifications, statutory requirements, laws, rules, regulations, and other contractual requirements, with due regard to safety, operability, and maintainability. ❖ Implementing Design Improvements and Change (ECOs), generating Bill of Materials (BOM) to prepare product costing for first-generation product development. ❖ Taking ownership and planning for the life cycle processes of parts which starts with Design Review(DR), Proof of Concept (POC), Engineering Project Review (EPR) and ends with Production Part Release (PPR).❖ Achieving a more efficient rate by improving, organizing, channelizing, and standardizing manufacturing procedures that involve performance measurement (KPIs), promoting lean manufacturing, identifying, and improving bottleneck issues, post-unit analysis, and testing, proposal techniques, and directing inventory/purchasing parts.
