>> Management of the Supply Chain Department in France. 96 people working in several departments (Order Management, S&OP, Logistics, Customer services & Quality). >> Customer Service improvement and Logistics Cost reduction are the main objectives of that function.>> Day to day coordination within the European Supply Chain team and all production plants in Europe and worldwide to ensure products availability.>> Define the strategy of the company in terms of services and logistics tools and rules in order to achieve the global company strategy.

Main Responsibilities: • Define and implement main Supply chain processes on that plant in order to improve the customer service. 28 people working in several departments: Customer Service – Production Planning – Procurement – Artwork and Technical departments - Raw materials and finished products warehouses. • SAP implementation (SD / MM / PP): Sponsor of the Project – with clear goals: Change management - Processes simplification in order to improve reactivity and effectiveness of internal flows. • Specialization of this plant in order to be on the top-of-the-range of pharmaceutical and cosmetic products supplier : Optimization of the logistic chain for better answering at the requests of the large pharmaceutical laboratories: forecasts management, VMI study, Quality procedures adapted to the pharmaceutical constraints.Member of the European Supply Network of Cebal: Define, set up and ensure the follow-up of the best practices on logistics and SAP uses.

Supply Chain Manager

Main Responsibilities: 3 Logistics processes managed: production, subcontracting and distribution.Production Plans Management for the cosmetic ranges (Lutsine and Onagrine) produced internally.Sales and Marketing forecasts management in link with the relevant services in order to ensure products availability.Distribution network management for France with 3PL subcontractor.

Main Responsibilities: Implement the Customer Care organization with, as main objective the customer service improvement by improving internal communication between sales and production, implementing simplified procedures to improve flexibility and reactivity into the overall supply chain process.Supply Chain Project leader for SAP R/3 implementation.Nov 1995-March 1997: Plant IT Manager.
