I started my working life as a commercial trainee with Mercedes Benz UK and within a year was one of their top commercial vehicle sales people. I left after 5 years to travel the world and was away with a friend for 12 months and climbed Kilimanjaro, went to Everest Base Camp and saw the Komodo dragons. On returning to the UK, I completed a degree in Creative Arts (The Himalayas had inspired me to write!) with a 2:1 at Crewe & Alsager College (now grandly called Manchester Metropolitan Univeristy). I started my training company in 1991 where initially I just delivered sales training, soon I was requested to deliver training I did not have the skills for and started to employ other training specialists. 20 years later, I have a team of over 30 trainers and we deliver practical short 1& 2-day training courses in soft skills to 1000s of organisations including 40% of the FTSE 100.Specialties: Management Training, Sales Training, Customer Care Training, Personal Development Training, Basic Finance and Planning Training
