Provided case management and placement counseling services to families involved in foster care and adoption programs, including children in foster care, birth families, foster families, and adoptive families. • Prepared case documentation for court hearings, Foster Care Review Board meetings, and adoptive placements. • Testified in court proceedings for Termination of Parental Rights (TPR) and finalization of adoption.

Adolescent facility Developed and implemented group therapy program for adolescents in a high-management residential facility. • Created group curriculum to engage adolescents in enhancing self-evaluation skills, learning interpersonal and life skills, and confronting family of origin issues. • Provided training for residential staff to maximize their ability to meet special needs of children in out-of-home placements. Adult facilityDeveloped twenty-week curriculum addressing topics such as alcohol and drug abuse, family of origin concerns, and other transitional issues for federal prisoners awaiting parole or release. • Facilitated weekly group sessions and maintained clinical notes in accordance with best practice and federal standards.
