Served as Senior Enlisted Advisor to the Director J6 for Special Operations Command Europe (SOCEUR), a 2-Star Command; supervises, plans, coordinates and directs the employment, operation, management and user level maintenance of telecommunication devices in fixed and mobile facilities; provides tactical advice to command and staff concerning all aspects of telecommunications; provides communications oversight to all U.S. and NATO Special Operations Forces (SOF) within the European Command (EUCOM) AOR; maintains oversight of communications equipment worth over $30 million; responsible for the welfare, individual and collective training, professional development, and personal readiness of 87 joint service members, government civilians, contractors and their families.

First Sergeant of the Special Operations Command Europe (SOCEUR) Signal Detachment (SSD), 112th Signal Battalion (Special Operations) (Airborne); a 32-man unit able to respond within two hours and provide immediate capability and conduct forcible entry parachute assault, establish critical communications on the drop zone, and supervise follow-on military operations; provides crisis, contingency and theater-wide special operations mission command communications support for the Theater Special Operations Command (TSOC) throughout the United States European Command area of responsibility; manages property life-cycle, resourcing, and accountability in excess of $30 million; directly responsible for the health, welfare, and operational readiness of 32 Soldiers and Families.

Served as the S3 Training Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge in the Army's only Airborne, Special Operations Signal Battalion which provides responsive, reliable, and assured airborne capable C5I support to Special Operations Forces and the Theater Special Operations Commands; provides leadership, guidance, and mentorship in order to meet the Battalion Commander's intent in the execution of command level activities; manages Taskings, ATTRS, DTMS, S-3 Air, Land/Ammo, and special events for the BN comprised of five companies, six detachments with an assigned strength of 550 Soldiers; responsible for the welfare, morale, training, professional development, and combat readiness of 5 NCOs.
