• Own entire P&L forecast, including hypergrowth revenue as well as over 300% marketing and 50% headcount growth• Responsible for 2017 and 2018 annual budgeting process and final consolidated forecast• Manage due diligence and investor meetings for $37M Series E fundraise• Implement Adaptive Insights for all personnel and operating expense planning and full P&L reporting• Redesign and continually improve entire board of directors financial reporting package• Mentor and lead small but influential FP&A team• Spearhead ad hoc reporting, including engineering prioritization and geographic P&L reporting

• Develop and maintain monthly and quarterly full company, business unit, and functional finance reports• Partner with all budget owners monthly to manage rolling forecast of over $75M in annual spend• Maintain complex and rapidly growing SaaS and hardware revenue forecasts and analyze growth trends to inform business decisions• Administrator for Adaptive Insights system used for all financial planning and analysis• Advise business leaders on the impact of operating decisions on revenue, expense, and profitability• Lead financial analyses to provide accurate and actionable financial recommendations to management for new product offerings, outside negotiations, and any other necessary strategic decisions

• Partner with Finance Managers, Franchise Heads and Marketing Directors of four brands to manage P&Ls and provide decision support to influence key decisions to increase brand margins• Work closely with Product Managers to forecast and track Marketing and Sales expenses• Assist Finance management in compiling one year, three year and 17 year financial plans• Prepare Business Unit expense reports for $350M in annual expenses for SVP and Leadership Team• Ad hoc projects such as price repositioning of a $200M annual revenue brand facing intense competition
