Born with Otitis Media doing academics from the early start was an uphill task,yet completed graduation from Uni. Baroda.In mid.'60s for the first time Stapedectomy was conducted to improve hearing as both my ears had 80 db loss.Soon after it the next feeling was to become a Psychologist to educate mass against negative practices of behavior & learning problems.So n 1967 taught through Phonics; in 1975 introduced Well Baby Clinic in Maternity Nursing Home in Baroda; in 1976 became Coord. of Child Day Hosp. Chetan in B.M.Inst. of Mental Health, Ahmedabad for treatment of Autistic children; in 1984 introduced Inclusive Edu.,and Psychometric Evaluation of Emotional Disorders. along with started Intensive Therapy Unit to treat and train Psychologists in Autism. In 1995 joined K.G.P. Children Hosp. as Consultant Psychologist; in 1996 started NGO- Anand Bal Margdarshan Kendra (Child Guidance Center), and in 2007 joined Aasha -Diagnostic and Therapeutic Hosp. as Psychodiagostician. In 2014 have been appointed in the Panel of Experts in Navrachna School of Academics in Baroda. At the same time have been teaching papers in Child Development, Child Psychology, Child Psychotherapy, Community Clinical Psychology, Learning Theories and Learning Disabilities. I have been Research guide to Masters students from Bombay Uni. & IGNOU. I have been Clinical Supervisor to students of Clinical & Counseling Psycology, Child Dev.Sp. Edu and Child Psychiatry.CONTRIBUTION: Articles- in July 1990 in Readers Digest on Dyslexia; in 2006 Assault Therapy for Center for Advocacy in Mental Health-WHO; in 2007 How to take Studies of Children at Home for Marathi Periodical "Santooshthi" 2015- to be published article in Pediatric Perodical of K.G.P.Children Hosp. on Dyslexia.
