- Manage the daily business activities, which include budget preparation and control, purchasing, and business planning and management; ensures compliance with policies and procedures, state, and federal regulations.- Worked closely with the Accountant/Financial Manager to coordinate, design, and implement internal management information systems in coordination with the automated financial reporting systems of the organization. Additionally, designed non-standard reporting information based on Board of Directors' or President's needs.- Managed the daily operations and/or auxiliary enterprises such as shipping and receiving, order fulfillment, postal service, and printing service, maintenance, building, mechanical systems, client satisfaction, security, and other needs as needed.- Took significant role in facilitating, thinking, and implementing business growth.- Developed or assisted with the development and implementation of policies and procedures consistent with those of the organization to ensure efficient and safe operation of the organization.- Represented the organization at various community and/or business meetings; promote existing and new programs and/or policies, form allegiances with others in the community.- Facilitated special events/functions (i.e., banquets, board meetings, trade shows, and the like).
