Responsible to support the Business Development department at Cintra US with the management of a P3 bid development, project proposals, negotiations, due-diligence of contractual agreements between Cintra and procuring agencies, partners, advisors, and lenders. Coordinate and collaborate with Cintra's departments (Finance, Technical, Legal, etc.) and Ferrovial Agroman (Cintra's sister company) to put together the critical information and input to Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Qualifications (RFQs), Requests for Proposal (RFPs) issued by procuring agencies. Research project technical details, economic conditions, existing transportation infrastructure and regional transportation plans, traffic information, and risks for potential projects. Study feasibility reports and financial models for projects in development to support the company's effort to provide meaningful solutions for the procuring agency to improve the value for money of the Project.
