With over 9 years of dedicated experience in the ISP sector, I have built a solid foundation in network configuration, optimization, and management. My tenure at Mobitel Pvt Ltd allowed me to master the intricacies of core TX datacom nodes, including Huawei, ZTE, Ericsson, NEC, and Cisco. I played a crucial role in implementing complex L3 IP backhauling projects using advanced protocols such as MPLS, BGP, ISIS, OSPF, and VRRP, ensuring seamless transitions across various technologies, including 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G. My expertise in optimizing TX node configurations has consistently improved service delivery and performance.In addition to my technical prowess, I have a proven track record in quality assurance and performance enhancement. I conducted Preliminary Acceptance Tests (PAT) and Proof of Concept (POC) tests for IP backhauling nodes, meticulously monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to maintain high standards. My ability to identify and address quality issues promptly has been instrumental in sustaining exceptional network performance.My role extended beyond technical tasks to encompass network monitoring and maintenance. I developed and managed TX monitoring and support software systems, performed routine maintenance and health checks, and ensured regular server backups.
