Utrecht College Tour is an interview program developed and executed by students. Every two weeks a professional from the political, sports, or entertainment field is interviewed. As an editor my tasks contain among others: recruitment of interview candidates, preparation and execution of interviews, social media marketing, and all other organizational activities for our editions.

Etil Research Group is an innovative research company with a focus on research and advice for the (semi) public and private sector. In collaboration with Etil, I wrote my master's thesis. In my thesis I investigated the effect of home-based teleworking (because of the COVID-19 crisis) on individual employee investments in sustainable employability. Giving exam trainings to students in the final year of their high school (pre-university education). I learned to stand in front of a group, explaining theories and turning complex matters in an easy way. This required group management, but especially giving attention to the human side and providing the students with self confidence.

The focus is both on content and on increasing self-confidence of the student.
