Project: Sulphur Recovery Unit in Moscow Oil Processing Refinery (SRU2)Duty: Field inspection of Electrical related equipment and related QC documentation to ensure theymeet quality standards, project specifications, identifying and documenting any defects or nonconformances.Issuing the relevant Quality Records and, when necessary, writes and sends to QCSupervisor non‐conformances reports (NCR). Checking conformity with the Quality Control Plan,obtain the relevant documentation, check procedures and equipment to be used in tests, controlsand inspections, manage documents certifying tests, controls and inspections.

Project: Amur Gas Chemical Complex (AGCC) Duty: Responsible for all aspects related to Project quality assurance and quality control.Preparation of the Project Specific Quality Plan, inspection and test plans, check-sheets and related procedures.Implementation of the Quality Management & Control programme for the project.Daily site inspection and periodical offsite inspection.Controlling all inspection activities on site.Completion of necessary documentation to verify the work performed.Ensuring that inspection requests are implemented.Ensuring that all test reports are verified to meet the contract requirements.To ensure all materials delivered to site are inspected and conform to specified requirements.Issue and administer Non Conformance Reports as necessary and ensure follow up.Report to the Project Manager any deficiencies in the operation of Quality Management & Control System.Completion of final quality documentation in a presentable manner, in accordance with the conditions of contract.Responsible for overseeing/audits of subcontractor Quality Management systems.

Project: Amurskiy Gas Processing Plant (AGPP)Duty: Responsible of Electrical heat tracing system (EHT). Following up Installations and Inspections of EHT system. Directing and coordinating construction, installation, maintenance, support, documentation, and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and customer requirements. Performing detailed calculations to compute and establish manufacturing, construction, and installation standards and specifications. Inspecting completed installations and observe operations, to ensure conformance to design and equipment specifications and compliance with operational and safety standards. Planning and implement research methodology and procedures to apply principles of electrical theory to engineering projects. Preparing specifications for purchase of materials and equipment. Supervising and train project team members as necessary. Investigation and test vendors' products.

Duty: Responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and improving electrical equipment, instruments, facilities, products, systems, and components for domestic, commercial, and industrial purposes. Drawing of electrical single line diagrams. Preparation of electrical drawings and test protocols as per government procedures. Troubleshooting of electrical installations. Following up of work progresses at the site. Purchasing of necessary electrical materials and instruments. Following and sharing work fronts with construction department. BOQ calculations. Preparation of safety documents.

Project: Reconstruction of the airport terminal complex of international and domestic air lines of the international airport Novosibirsk (Tolmachevo airport)Duty: Drawing of Electrical lighting, cable tray, cable routing, Grounding and lightning protection and Electrical power systems as per government procedures. Creating of Cable schedules. Purchasing of necessary electrical materials and instruments. Following up of work progresses at the site. Drawing and electrical calculations of single line diagrams and Block diagrams as per required procedures.

Project: Amurskiy Gas Processing PlantDuty: Executes the specific inspections on materials, equipment and construction/installation activities on site. Preparation of required documents for inspection as per ITP procedures. Checking of Installation of Electrical and Instrumentation Equipments, Panels, JBs, Lighting Fixtures as per design procedures, also cable laying and other activities. Punch clearing and NCR closing activities as per required procedures.

Plant: Ethane Cracker, Polyethylene and Polypropylene Plant

Project: Turkmenistan Ethan Cracker and PE/PP Project (TACE)Duty: Inspections on Telecommunication, Security, Small Power, Lighting, Fire Alarm, Electrical Heat Tracing, Grounding and Lightning systems. Preparation of required documents for inspection as per ITP procedures. Preparation of Electrical test protocols as per government procedures. In addition I was a team leader of punch clearing and electrical testing teams

Project: Gas Treatment Plant Project Onshore Gas Terminal (GTPOGT) Expansion and Modification for Garagol Deniz West Oil DevelopmentLocation: Kiyanly, Turkmenbashi, TurkmenistanDuty: Electrical power and control sytem installation, termination and testing. Electrical Heat Tracing system installation and testing. Electrical Hi‐POT and megger tests. Electrical fire alarm, telecommunication and security system installation and testing.
