Reporting to Factory Manager and my main duty is do controlling both of production department and engineering department to expected target by reviewing KPI’s target yearly.Reliability of maintaining equipment and focus to drive people in production to harmonized and synchronizing to achieve a target by good production performance also good communication the whole department.Concern in efficiency energy as a role the world to maintain budgeting in energy consumption and minimized a waste production by studying recovery reject product. Seek of opportunity in energy saving by implementation of mixing existing fuel (MFO) with alternative fuel.

Reporting to Factory Manager, my duty and target on this task is harmonize current resources with production target, step by step improve infrastructure to get quality approach and sustain also reliable of system, standardization of equipment by integration plant using automation concept. I will concern to improve capability resources by close gap analysis competence so that engineering excellent will be realized on end of 2010. TPM methodology will be implementing by first step optimizing autonomous maintenance and preventive maintenance. Then after sustain that program; continue to predictive maintenance and focusing on conservation of energy resource usage and energy efficiency.
