Used AutoCAD Electrical to produce panel schematic and layout drawings of furnace systems used by the steel and glass industries.Worked independently on a large project with a small team designing PLC, remote I/O, and relay panels on a furnace project that will manufacture two large glass lenses to be installed in an orbital telescope. To date they will be the largest lenses ever produced. Automation design incorporated the Emerson DeltaV system.

Function as a team member producing electrical detail packages of gas reclamation and treatment facilities at landfill sites. Natural gas is captured and treated from within the landfills to be pumped back into the system for consumer use. Major responsibilities include sizing cable and conduit and designing embedded and exposed conduit runs.

Designed an eleven-door panel for a furnace which produced aircraft windscreens at a test facility for a major glass producer. Chief designer of all new electrical panels and operator stations for the installation of a new Electric Arc Furnace. Project involved working independently with the project engineer for several months.
