Global Talent Acquisition Manager
Current•Support on the development and the delivery of the 3-year Global Resourcing & Talent Acquisition strategy that responds to both short-term and longer term resource plans. • Regular reporting and communication to key stakeholders, attend leadership meetings and be prepared to present and participate in this environment and be continuously responsive to stakeholder requirements•Create a high performing recruitment team through the agreement and achievement of agreed KPI’s and SLA’s. •Ensure operational delivery of Talent acquisition meets the agreed SLAs and standards for their area of the business they support, review performance of the TA team and delivery to plan regularly (fortnightly / monthly) and provide update and escalation where required key stakeholders.•Effective recruitment for roles up and including Executive level •Influence and collaborate with business leaders across the matrix organisation to ensure that the Regional requirements and steam requirement can both be accommodated with the Resource strategy. •Ownership of the Global stream recruitment process and lead on embedding a consistent approach to recruitment across geographies in terms of recruitment system usage, assessment and selection methods, and the use of tools and templates across all geographies. •Work in collaboration with your HRBPs and CoE teams to ensure that internal drivers such as organisation restructuring, succession planning, moves to mobilise people globally etc have been reflected in the Resourcing strategy. •Maintain a culture of innovation in the TA arena and enable the team to share ideas, be heard and feel involved with projects and career development opportunities. •Provide leadership on the effective use and process of Psychometrics and ability testing•Ensure all recruitment systems are effective, efficient and add value and take ownership for implementation of any improvements;
