Worked on multiple Citibank Online system testing projects – Account Online, Benefit builder, payment , acquisition, collection This system facilitates the Citibank customers to access all their accounts and cards at a single location. A customer could access his savings and checking accounts, and the different primary and add-on cards used by him. Also project introduced the functionality of enabled the customers to access their banking accounts as well as Credit card accounts from single webpage and also make credit cards payment by transferring money from banking account. Responsible for Requirements Analysis, development of test scripts, executing test scripts, defect management using Quality Centre as Test Management Tool. Involved in testing the web application and validating the customer data seen on the web system with the mainframe back end system-IBS.BanCs - TCS product - Worked on multiple projects for different India banking partners. Working experience on different functionalities of casa, Fd, trading etc. My involvement was in making test scripts, test execution , defect tracking and closing.Client - Citibank
