Conducted 20+ interviews with Mozilla’s Executive Director and key Hive stakeholders to ensure that the Hive Global Initiative consistently aligned its priorities to the efforts of grantees.

Created 5-year strategic plan outlining overall program dissemination, strategic staffing model, and financial modeling which resulted in an additional $150,000 in funding within six months of starting the role. Forged partnerships with leaders in the digital learning and literacy fields resulting in the Academy hosting the Digital Media and Learning (DML) Research Hub’s 2012 Competition and DML’s 2013 Summer Institute.
