Over the past two years, I've committed myself to a profound volunteering experience at the recently constructed Akshardham in Robbinsville, NJ. Observing its visionary journey from inception to completion brought immense joy.The diversity among the 12,500 volunteers, encompassing various backgrounds and age groups, was truly inspiring. Each individual contributed a unique story and shared commitment. As each stone contributed to shaping the Akshardham monument, my transition from a volunteer to a visitor has deepened my understanding of its lasting significance for future generations. Choosing to come here directly after graduating from college has unquestionably been the most impactful decision of my life, providing me with a lifetime's worth of life lessons in under two years.Akshardham is now open to the world, extending a warm welcome to individuals of all faiths.

Assist Business Development team in business analytics which includes data analysis, assess business processes, foresee requirements, suggest improvements and solutions, and lead reviews with clients.

Manage operational functions. Train, schedule, and manage employees in daily tasks. Develop good customer relationships and address customer service needs. Develop strategies for better workplace efficiency and goal achievement. Liaise between employees and customers.

Report data discrepancies from interfaces. Understand the urgency and priority of file related errors and eligibility concerns. Interact with internal parties as the ongoing EDI Admin support for EDI analysts. Maintain internal Data Team Exchange email system. Sort and assign file related documents (SFTP/FTP, error reports, carrier communications). Complete special projects as assigned (email research, mass communication). Update Salesforce cases to track maintenance and work associated and/or completed. Review and address eligibility issues in relation to file preference error notifications. Internal and external communication in regard to file needs, support and updates.

Join weekly meetings. Conduct Literature review. Generate descriptive statistics, longitudinal graphs, and other visualizations for other various data subsets.Tools Applied: R, Excel, Word
