Global responsibility for commercial product development across all offices, servicing our key customer markets in Europe, North America, Latin America, Middle East and APAC through high value B2B events. Leading business transformation initiatives, including new process implementation, training and leadership development frameworks as well as strategic growth planning.

Responsible for running IQPC's Commercial events division, overseeing up to 50 products a year. My role is to identify new product opportunities as well as grow existing Large Scale Event products across a number of key industry sectors. My specialised focus is in the Customer Experience, Government and Construction & Infrastructure sectors.Responsible for production, sales and marketing strategies across the portfolio.

A start-up division with a strong portfolio of products across the Construction, Mining and Aviation industries, my role was to set up and launch a brand new team and portfolio within our London office, embedding key production and operational processes.
