Areas of expertise include teaching Post Graduation and M.Phil. students, guiding Master's and M.Phil Dissertation Research Projects. Teaching areas include Classical and Advanced Sociological Theory, Research Methodology and Social Statistics, Sociology of Work, Organisations, Occupations and Professions, Social Psychology, Indian social issues.
