I have over 20 years of experience building and managing creative teams and projects.I plan, lead and execute web design projects with an intuitive and practical understanding of design, technology and business principles. I work with businesses, charities and local authorities. I’m fascinated by, and I keep on following, developments of science and technologies and their impact on society.In August 2013, I founded Framework Digital. Today, with a team of associates and employees, we completed over 500 web design projects. Framework Digital gained the trust of over 150 customers, and we have received many excellent reviews for the services delivered. We gained partner status with industry-leading providers like Google and HubSpot. My voluntary work at schools and charities gained me valuable experience in managing larger and more complex organisations on a board level.I continue working on my next project - a social interest enterprise providing education with a ‘skills-first' approach - an academy that nurtures creativity, collaboration and citizenship.Sir Ken Robinson sparked my interest in education, and I was fortunate to meet him.I'm a fellow member of the Royal Society of Art. I co-organised TEDx Aylesbury.
